How can I bid on an auction piece?
Just register on the website or if you are already registered, login in. Right after that registration, or start your session, you can bid on one or more pieces.
Is there a minimum amount to bid? And maximum?
The minimum bid is € 20 on the base price or the last bid. You can also choose the amount you want to bid without any maximum limit. The last to bid wins the auction.
Is the Oxygen Auction exclusively online?
Yes. The auction will only be available on our website, at OXYGEN AUCTION. You can bid for 5 days, from the 17th to the 21st of June, at 00.00.
Before I bid, can I see the pieces physically?
Some pieces are at Apaixonarte and you can go to our gallery, during our hours, to see them, or later, to pick them up. Contact us to find out which ones.
If you want to bid on artworks that are not in Apaixonarte, you can ask us for more photos or other details of the works.
What is included in the Final Bid Amount?
The bid price includes the artist’s fee, gallery fee and VAT. Transport costs will be charged separately are excluded.
How do I know how much is the shipping?
In all the pieces the value of the shipping is described, by zones. Check your SHIPPING ZONE to which your country corresponds.
When should I and can I pay for the pieces I bought?
Payment must be made immediately after the auction closes, as soon as you receive, by email, the report with the total amounts to be settled. Payment can be made by ATM reference, MBWay, Bank Transfer, or Credit Card.
When and how do I receive my purchases?
After payments, the IberoMail carrier will deliver your parts to the indicated address. Within a maximum period of 3 working days for Portugal, 7 working days for Europe and up to 15 working days for the rest of the world.
How long can I pick up my pieces at Apaixonarte?
If your artworks are available at Apaixonarte, after payment is made, you have 15 days to collect your works in our gallery, within our hours.
