Case Study House N8 – Kika
Kika was born in Coimbra, Portugal in 1991. She completed her Masters in Architecture at the University of Coimbra in 2016 and moved to London, where she worked full time as a professional overthinker and part time architectural assistant. She returned to Portugal in 2019, working as an architect, designer, producer, tour guide, festival goer and ended up coming across illustration by accident. She completed a Post Grad Course in Ilustration at the Faculty of Belas Artes in Porto in 2022. Currently based in Porto, she lives with a cat named Ofélia and spends her time between drawing and cultivating hope in humanity.
