O bule – Magriço
Magriço studies and develops his work around the “psyche.” Presents himself as an “almost” artistic illiterate, describing his “almost” artistic work as an adornment of enjoyment. His attachment to the art scene emerged in the 90s, with greater expression in Alentejo [Évora, ‘07], returning to his homeland in Lezíria Ribatejana [Coruche, ‘17] where he continues to develop his artistic study. The aesthetic sense of his work is constructed around the relationships between the symbolic, the imaginary, and the real. This creative process extends across diverse mediums, encompassing painting, music, video, and photography. He has held various solo and group exhibitions and is represented in private collections.

O BULE
Tenho um bule de que gosto muito, que acho muito bonito. Mas de repente do que gostei mais foi de reconhecer a sombra do bule nas costas de uma cadeira, de dar com a sombra do bule. É fácil dizer que lembra uma ave. Mas é o que está certo dizer. Essa repentina ave, estou a lembrar um verso, deu-me muita paz. Ao fim da tarde, depois de os amigos se terem ido embora, a sombra do bule fez-me ver como sou feliz às vezes.
